Our regular office hours are:
Monday to
Fridays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST
Saturdays
from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST
and
Sundays: closed
If you require immediate assistance in addressing an issue
regarding your Disney® vacation or any other of the Florida
vacations we offer on weekends or after hours, our phone system
will direct you to a voice mailbox where you can leave a
detailed message; the customer service representative on duty
will be notify of your call and will get back to you right away.
Please remember that the fulfillment of the services provided by
either the hotels or the theme parks is their
responsibility, not ours (see
limitation of liability), so we encourage you to try and
solve the problem with them directly. As a guest of The Orlando
Vacation Store, you maintain all the rights and privileges
you would had
if
you made the reservation/ theme park ticket
purchase directly with them.

Only the person whose name is on the reservation
may cancel a reservation. Please call
toll free 1-866-882.8742 to speak with a Customer Service
Representative;
After hours please leave a message with your name,
confirmation number, hotel name and check-in / check-out dates.
Please note that the date and time of your message will be used to
determine if a cancellation fee applies.
