What's included in our Orlando vacation packages?
Accommodations according to the selected hotel. For a detailed description of amenities and photos in any of our Orlando vacation packages, for more details click here to check the hotel.

Tickets to the Parks for each member of your party according to the parks you
selected when configuring your package. We offer tickets to most theme parks in Central Florida, including Sea World®, Orlando and many others.

Breakfast: Many hotels (not all) offer a complimentary Continental, Continental Plus or Hot Buffet Breakfast. This means a varied selection of cereal, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, milk, bagels, muffins, donuts, boiled or scrambled eggs, French and regular toast, waffles, etc. For a detailed description of the breakfast that's included with the package (if any). Transportation: Many hotels offer complimentary transportation to and from the Major Theme Parks in the Orlando / Kissimmee tourist area. Transportation is provided via Bus Shuttle that goes to/from the parks at a fixed schedule. Usually twice in the morning starting at 8 a.m. and then coming back mid-afternoon and when the park closes. The schedule will vary according to the season; ask the hotel's front desk for more details. For a detailed description of the transportation that's included with the package refer to each particular hotel in our website and verify this with the hotel either by phone or upon check in, since this service is subject to change. All the hotels can assist you in getting transportation to any park not included in their service, but you might need to pay for the service to the transportation company.

NONE of the hotels provide free transportation to either Bush Gardens Tampa or The Kennedy Space Center, but they can make arrangements for a nominal fee. Those 2 parks are not in the Orlando / Kissimmee tourist area as they are about 1 to 1.5 hour drive from Orlando.

All hotel taxes are included (that's 13% in Kissimmee, 11.5% in Orlando)

      When and where do I get the tickets?
The tickets are usually delivered to the front desk of your hotel the day before your arrival date or, in high season, on the day of your arrival between 9 am and 9 pm (EST).

Upon request we can guarantee the delivery of the tickets the night before at no extra cost; that way you can pick them up the day of the arrival in the morning, go to the parks on the same day and then check in after you come back from the parks. Just call toll free

The tickets do not have  a specific date to use them, meaning that you can use them in any order you like; see the ticket description for more details in the tickets selection page

We have tickets for ALL the theme parks in the Orlando / Kissimmee tourist area including Disney®'s Magic Kingdom, EPCOT Center, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom; Universal Studios® and Islands of Adventure, Sea World® (Discovery Cove), all the Dinner Shows, the Water Parks, etc, available for you to choose from.       When will I get my Confirmation Letter?
Reservations are confirmed within 24 hours. Confirmation letters are sent to our guests either by email, fax or mail and they can also be downloaded from our website. When a guest places a reservation in our system either by phone or online, they are provided with their reference number. Due to Spam blockers and undeliverable mail or faxes, we strongly recommend our guests to click here to go online to our website here to go to "my reservation" area. Here you'll be able to check the status of your reservation anytime, as well as print out their confirmation letter.

      Is my information Secure?

      What about airline tickets or car rentals?
We specialize exclusively in Orlando hotels, resorts and theme park tickets and that's why we offer so many great deals.

With so many "web only" or "internet only" airfare rates available, you can always find a better deal if you book the airline yourself, but only through us will you be able to get the discounted resort AND theme park tickets in one package.

      How do I get to the hotel?
If you're driving, we include the hotel address on the confirmation letter. Using that you can get detailed driving instructions from Google maps (http://maps.google.com; however, use them at your own risk).

If you're flying in and do not plan to rent a car, getting to the tourist area hotels from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) couldn't be easier. Many companies offer services to and from the Airport.

      Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fee!
We are so sure of the great price and services provided by our packages that  If you can't reschedule your trip and must cancel instead, you can do this at no cost within 48 hours of making your reservation, unless the reservation is being made within 72 hrs of your arrival date. A $39 processing fee will be charged if you cancel your trip after the 48 hour grace period. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. The $39 is also creditable towards your next reservation.

If you cancel within 72 hrs of your arrival date (or your reservation is made within 72 hrs of your arrival date) or don't show up at the hotel, then we'll retain the total package price up to $150 (per room), unless your travel dates fall within holidays according with our table below. No returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights. To cancel, call us at 1-866-882.4720 (after office hours leave a message); Cancellations made directly to the hotel will not be considered valid. CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED BY PHONE; no emails or faxes will be accepted.

Holidays dates
If any day of your reservation falls in any of the following Holiday travel dates (Jan 15-20, Feb. 12 – Feb. 17, Mar. 1 – Apr. 30, May 21 – Jul. 30, Sep. 3 – Sep. 8, Oct. 8 - Oct. 13, Oct. 29 - Nov. 11, Nov. 25 – Nov. 30, Dec. 18 - Jan. 4), then the total package price up to $300 (per room) will be retained. No returns will be given for early check-outs or unused nights. Cancellations made directly to the hotel will not be considered valid.

We guarantee the tickets will be ready for pick-up at the hotel on your arrival date
You may change your tickets selection up to 5 days before arrival. The tickets will be delivered to your hotel on your arrival date, between 9 am and 9 pm (EST). If you want to go to the parks the same day of your arrival or need special arrangements for tickets delivery, please let us know in the comments section on the reservation page, call us Toll Free: 1-866-882.4720 (International: 407-438.4447) or email us at support@tovs.net. There is no charge for these services.
Theme Park Admission Tickets are not refundable and non transferable (once you have them in your hands, are yours to keep, just like at the parks).
I authorize The Orlando Vacation Store to purchase in my name the tickets to the theme parks and/ or Dinner Shows and/or any specific events which have been requested in this reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS & DISNEY'S NOT SO SCARY HALLOWEEN PACKAGES:
Because this is a special promotion it has its own cancellation policy:
These tickets are non- refundable and non-transferable. If you decide to cancel your reservation before the 72 hours of arrival, the cancellation fee of $150 will apply. If you decide to cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior your arrival date or for no shows a cancellation fee of $300 will apply. In both cases, the value of the tickets will not be refunded. Reschedules CANNOT be made.

Rescheduling your Reservation:
We will happily reschedule or change the dates or property on your reservation (upon availability) up to 72 hrs before arrival date for a $25.00 fee. If new dates fall during Holidays and/or Special Events and guest decides to cancel after initial reschedule, the cancellation policy for Holiday dates will apply, otherwise the non holiday dates cancellation will remain the same. If applicable, the guest will have to pay the difference between the original package price and the package's current price for the new dates or property. To reschedule or for customer support, call us at 1-866-882-4720 a minimum of 72 hrs prior to your scheduled check-in date.

If partial payment has been accepted at time of booking, then balance must be paid in full fourteen (14) days before arrival. In case the balance is not paid in full within ten (10) days before arrival, The Orlando Vacation Store reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to apply the cancellation fee according to the parameters above.


All packages must be charged in full to guarantee guest price.
Historically, Orlando Theme Parks raise their prices every year. This increase usually takes place on the first quarter of the calendar year but it could be anytime. We don't want you to be affected by this raise. In order for us to guarantee your package price, your total package price will be charged the moment you make your reservation; that way your tickets can be held in stock at current prices. If you don't want to pay your package in full and use instead a payment plan, please keep in mind that when the time comes for the balance to be charged, if the tickets prices changed, a price adjustment will occur.

If partial payment has been accepted at time of booking, then balance must be paid in full fourteen (14) days before arrival. In case the balance is not paid in full within ten (10) days before arrival, The Orlando Vacation Store reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to apply the cancellation fee according to the parameters above.

As Seller of Travel, our services are limited to making the reservation on the hotel you selected, paying for such accommodations and (if included in the package), paying and delivering the tickets to your hotel. All incidentals are the guest's responsibilities. We are NOT responsible for the actual fulfillment of the services from neither the hotel nor the Theme Parks and any complaints should be addressed directly with the service provider (hotel or theme park) not to us.
